My exam is in a week, and iam totally not able to concentrate!
My thoughts keep wandering about some incident or other which happened in the past, i don't know why,
Iam afraid if i go on like this, if i can take the exam or not,
Anyone pls. suggest what to do,
i know iam stressed out, can't sleep well, and feeling tired,
Do i need help? Is it too late to seek help?
Can i take anxiolytics to calm me down?
PLEASE REPLY, ANYONE, iam so desperate......
