thank you again that u take the leadership in absence of Lorena. one think to ask you........i am trying to follow the chat schedule with you guys...some time i cannot attain the chat session but still i do study accordingly. here announcement is endocrine physiology, but while answering Roxetina you said endo..path..so i am confused...wheather it will be pathology or physiology.....

Hi shwetal. 9 PM EDT is Eastern Daylight Time which is the time for New York and the other eastern U.S. states, including Cincinnati, Ohio, so it would be at 9pm for you too. It's equivalent to GMT -4 hrs since we are currently in Daylight savings. Right now it's about 5:40 pm EDT so the next chat is in a little over 3 hrs (compare that to the time it shows this post was written). Here is a list for reference for the U.S.

Atlantic Daylight Time subtract 3 hours from GMT
Atlantic Standard Time subtract 4 hours from GMT
Eastern Daylight Time subtract 4 hours from GMT
Eastern Standard Time subtract 5 hours from GMT
