Curious if anyone one that scored well above a 90+ used tommy's high yield stuff and is it really worth going through the 500+ pages of it

Yes, they are very helpful. He wrote these questions and cases to illustrate principles you will encounter on the step one exam.

These are considered study gems - I know of several students that passed the step with really high scores and say TommyK questions were key to doing well. I found these questions via SDN and another site. there are about 2,800 of these. That is how I got to ValueMD.

From SDN - I know of at least ten students that scored over 250 using TommyK's concepts. Meg at 265 and BigFrank at 267. It is all of a balanced program to do your best including good messages to inspire you.
