nbme scoring
i took all 4 nbmes and the scores varied significantly between nbme 2 and nbme 3. i have a question.....are these exams 'scaled'? what i mean is, say i got 60 percent of the questions correct on nbme 2 and nbme 3. would the score be the same 360/800 on both exams? or would the score be higher on nbme 3 because its' a harder test?

the exams are scaled as to how they're scaled only the nbme people truly know.. but probably 60% on nbme3 would correlate to a higher score than 60% on nbme2..
