New NBME?

Our members don't see this ad.
Today a friend told me that there is a new NBME? or lets say NBME 5

That is totally new for me, who has taken that NBME?
Is it hard, easy the same, etc?

yeah it's been out for at least a few weeks now, there might even be an nbme6 as well?

but you can't buy them, your med school has to buy it for you and give you a token or a voucher or whatever it's called and you use that voucher code to excess it. so I guess only US med students are using it, i doubt other schools buy that sort of stuff for their students.

based on the people at the sdn forum nbme 5 is supposed to be pretty easy, or at least much easier than 4. and nbme 6 still can't be bought by the general public, but i am sure it will soon be available.

yeah nbme 5 is pretty easy... i just took it and got 630/245... it seemed really straight forward like 2 calculations q's both biostat related. I hope the real exam is like that..

I am going to take nbme3 tomorrow hopefully i'll get the same grade.

Now let me think
You got a 630/245 in NBME5 but
you got a 550/230 in NBME3.

Any way those numbers are very impressive
Minimum you will get a 235 on your test.
