hello,
I'm seriously stressing out now!
I've been studying for Step 1 since May, so this is my 4th month I guess.
I started off hot and going really hard at it, and now I'm kind burnt out.
I've been doing Kaplan through out and I purchased UW Q bank. On UW Q bank I have about a 70% but I've been doing the questions after I read each kaplan book and then doing the questions.
I did NBME 1 and I got a 211 on it 2 weeks ago
and then I did NMBE 3 and I got a 230 on it 1 week ago.
I know have 3 weeks of study time left and this is what I want to do:
Spend 10 days going through the kaplan books again and just skimming and rereading the HY points. And then spend the remaning 11 days focussing on Firste Aide and doing questions?
I feel like my scores are a little low for studying for such a long time!
I just finished a block of UW path and I got a 68% on it, so I'm a little disappointed in myself!
I kinda think I'm studying hard but not smart and I know it, but I don't know if at this point I should just screw the Kaplan books and read firste aide and Goljan HY and redo UW questions and purchase Kaplan Q bank questions ?
What the heck should I do people! I want to do well, like we all do, but I'm tired and pissed off at myself! Plus when I come to study I get suckered into Facebook/emails and talking to my parents and I just suck!
Thank you, I know I sound like an ungrateful complainer, but all I do is study and get pissed at myself!
Lol, please don't tell me to balance, this won't help me at this point! For you high-scoreres out there just tell me what to do in my 3 weeks to boost my score!
Luv you all and thank you!
