you can take any form of nbme as you wish.
i did find nbme 2 was the easiest in my opinion
nbme 4 had longer stem questions
and nbme 1 had some weird questions that i only expect to see on the mcat or undergrad sci classes

didnt take nbme 3 yet, will soon

hi..i'm praparing for step1..i strted in jan at kaplan..i'm doin micro nw..left with patho..i'm hearing to goljan audios daily..i'm planning may-july for my step1..when is the best time to strt doin qs?when shuld i giv my nbme?whch qbank is best for step1?somone plz suggst me

best Qbanks is USMLE World, everyone says it's never too early to start doing qs. Same with NMBEs there are 4 of them space it out and do one every 2 weeks or so to track your improvement.

advise needed please!!!

i just took nbme form 1 and got an equivalent of 185 for step 1. i have 2 weeks until my actual exam. wat should i do???

1. study like hell and take another nbme and reasess ..if within range take exam , if not delay exam

hi doctor1230...the NBME is a really good indicator for your final score...if you find that you're not scoring as well as you want i would try and delay your exam to another date. good luck
