NBME Question
Hello all,
I just wanted to ask you guys how much of a different there is in each of the NBME exams. I took NBME 1 recently and I have heard that 3 and 4 are supposed to be a lot tougher? Is it because the material is tougher or the questions itself are tougher? How do you guys rate the score on your NBME 1 to the actual step score? Thanks

There are whole sites about the NBME tests like "med friends". Each test has a different question format - that is what the difference is. Hope that helps.
