Everywhere I went, I saw BPH (like CHF, Diabetes, etc.).

Finasteride hits 5 alpha reductase and lowers testosterone production which decrease prostate size.

I did not ask, but for all cases of BPH, YOU HAVE TO DO A RECTAL EXAM! You must rule out malignancy.
