It is best to take all four before the Step. A lot of informal research suggests that spacing them every 2 to 3 weeks before the exam helps you gage how effective your studying is. Depending your exam, you may match with 1, 2 or 3.

me last examen goes from 48 and up.

me last 213 question in UW is 51

ME see in forum lasts questions UW 51% and pass with 80

BTW.. I want to thank the person who posted this formula....

The formula is close...I scored a 234/98 on the step 1. Got a 61% cumulative on USMLE world questions. Did mostly untimed, unused questions, but switched to timed the second time I did them. Only did all the questions twice.

I didn't expect this formula to be this accurate. I got my score today and it was 244. My usmle world score was a 67%.
The formula works out to be 244 too!!! Amazing....
