2 people that failed the test before, basiclly they went over tommy concepts,did a general review and got their basic concepts down really good, then they did 3 months of UW and I will inform you guys that one score a 203 and the other got 220.
So I'm just like the weather man, I just report what I see.

hey, wazup? well i was wonderin bout the timeline i should follow using the usmleworld questions? how many days 2 finish them all & how many hours/day 2 continue answering? & do i really have 2 solve the NBME questions? or r they just trials & the exam has nuthin 2 do wiz them? plz reply asap

there are about 2000 questions in usmleworld ...doing about 50 questions a day would take 40 days....i would also reserve some time to take a quick review of questions that you got wrong and try them over.

the questions really give you a good idea of long stem questions you'll see on the exam.

just keep in mind that the actual exam has both short and long stem questions. if you finish the questions on usmleworld you'll be fine for the exam.

oops....forgot to mention...the nbme are really good source of actual questions you'll see on the real exam. the practice test on the usmle website is also a really good source. i had a question on my test that was identical to a question on the usmle website.....it seems those questions are still in circulation
