if ur talking about how 50 questions are removed, then i understand what u mean by how we cannot possibly know what we got on the exam, but that score should be proof enough on how many u got correct on usmle isnt it?....

The 3 digit scores come from how many questions you answer correctly, it goes from 60-70% of questions answer correctly. You do not know how many questions you got correct.
They give you a 3 digit scores that comes from the number of questions you answer correctly and a 2 digit scores that comes from the 3 digit score.
The 2 digit score is not a percentile nor a percent.

The 3 digit score is not the number of questions you need to answer to Pass.
