MULTIMEDIA ITEMS coming to USMLE!

hey i heard that USMLE is going to have this new multimedia stuff included in the multiple choice questions starting summer of 2007. im plannin to take my exam around then....Does anyone know what this multimedia stuff is that hey are talking bout?

this is what the kaplan websit said:
Multimedia Items Coming to USMLE Exams Next Summer

Multiple-choice items with associated media clips will be introduced in USMLE examinations no earlier than Summer 2007. An announcement will be posted to the USMLE website approximately 2 months before any items with associated media clips appear on an actual USMLE examination. The 2007 Practice Materials, already posted at usmle.org, show examples and explain how to use the software features for items containing media clips.
