intership or clerkship confusion

Hi everyone

I have a question about online applicaiton for step1
from ecfmg website. I am confused whether i should call my clinical rotation before graduation intership or clerkship.

This is what ECFMG instruction says:

Item 20. Clinical Clerkships: The term clinical clerkships refers to that period in
your medical education in the clinical disciplines during which, as a medical student, you gained practical experience in hospitals or clinics through
rotations, pregraduate internships, etc.

So must I put in all my clerkship information, when applying online for the test? Would I be denied ECFMG certification if I do not enter this?

My 2nd question is: ECFMG website also asks if I did an intership before getting medical diploma.

How should I answer the question? I guess I should answer yes, because I did one year clincial rotation through IM, Surgery, Ob-Gyn, and Pediatrics at the 5th year of my medical school in my home country. The first 4 years of my medical school were classes.

So I am confused whether i should call my clinical rotation before graduation intership or clerkship.

My 3rd question is if I need to do anything to speed up the process it takes for ecfmg to verify with my medical school about my diploma.

Thanks.
