Need major help here. I keep reviewing antiarrhythmics and I understand classes, drugs and where they work, but when i get to a question i dont know which one to use. Im very good at pharm and I dont want to take the exam not knowing this cold. Read lange and cecils... no help...I just want a a clear cut definition on when to pick each drug. A chart would be nice. Any suggestions?
The problem is that for medications in the real world you will have several options, but for the USMLE you need to choose the classic one or the best one.
I will see whit what I came come up, but never the less I will post some pharma Q during this weekend with some innmuno.
