Know that if you are given a question stem with someone diaphoretic (sweating), then start thinking of/ narrowing down the answer choices, differential:
a) if not obvious like heat exhaustion, then think of a hyperthyroid cause, elevated cortisol, an infection, tuberculosis, shock, or the popular board favorite of a pheochromocytoma.
