this will help you get a good idea. basically from what i've seen, a 65% average (~33/50 per block) is just around passing. you'll read a thread on here where a guy had low 30's out of 50, and got like a 78/195 on step 1. people in the upper 38-40 range are usually borderline for a 90 on step 1. those who score 44+ it seems like always have 99s.
