Designing the ultimate USMLE study program

If you could design the ultimate ONLINE USMLE study program, what would it include?

At minimum, this study program should include:
1) A summary / quick review of all sections
2) A more thorough and detailed explanation of the summary / quick review items
3) Helpful mnemonics
4) Questions immediately following each section to reinforce the material ... questions that are related to the material just covered
5) Links to helpful websites and materials to support learning
6) Organ system-based outline (perhaps linked to some type of subject-based outline)
7) Separation of conceptual learning topics from rote-memorization topics
8) Ability for users to submit comments, suggest corrections, additions and subtractions for all other users to see
9) Integrate the best parts of all the other review programs available
