Welcome to the USMLE Step1 Link Library!

I am creating a "sticky note" that includes a list of suggested study resources for the USMLE Step1. These study resources will include books, live lectures, website links and anything else you can send me. You may also send me lists of resources to definitely avoid. I would also like you to rate (as a percentage) how effective those resources were to you. For example, you may suggest that "First Aid covered or was helpful for 85% of your tested exam material."

I am Silas Anan-Kakabaah,a Ghanaian. I recently entered into the University of Cape-Coast also in Ghana to offer medicine. My dilemma now is I may be dropped out from school in my second year due to inadequate financing of my education. My fees is almost $5000 a year. Besides this,my feeding and some basic materials including laptop,text books,i have none.Please help me to achieve my aim of studying medicine and researching into finding the cure for HIV/AIDS.
