Reading questions well.

I am currently just doing questions and doing corrections, because I found out reading too much takes you no where. From my experience, I have learnt more stuff than I would have ever learned from reading.

I was reading a question about that lookd simple and straight to the point. They gave signs and sypmtoms that included hemoptysis and hematuria. Everything was pointing to Goodpasture's disease. Without reading the question to the end, I looked at the answers and saw Type I, II,III... I quickly picked type II, knowing that Goodpasture's dxz is a type II hypersensitivity reaction. I failed the question. Doing the correction, I found out the were really asking, what type of collagen are the autoantibodies directed against. Answer: Type IV collagen, a component of the basement membrane. Taught me a lesson!!

I have also found out that, I shouldn't be put off by a question especially when it looks like they are asking about a topic you are not too familiar with, if you read the question well, you might know the answer.
I just wanted to share my experience, incase someone is like me... impatient with taking time to read my questions.

I do the same thing... I want to make sure that I complete the questions on time; then my anxiety increases.. am working on concentrating on the question (key aspects), and also reading the answers, helping to focus better... working from tutorial to timed mode...
