a) Fatty stools will be on your test. Remember, you need enzymes to break up the fat in your food like lipase. So, think of: 1) Chronic pancreatitis 2) Diabetes 3) Malabsorption (IBD) 4) Alcoholism. 5) Pancreatic cancer They HAVE to give you a clue (history of drinking or a radiograph), then you will be golden. Tx./drugs depends on the cause.
