I'm sitting for my exam next Thursday and I was wondering I could get some insight. I done kaplan for several of the subjects that were not that great in FA. I've finished FA one solid time. Done Goljan auido and read his path book. I have heard how much eaiser kaplan qbank is that usmle world, but I get like 15-20% higher avg. on world questions than I do in kaplan qbank. My avg. per 50 questions in usmle world is 70-84% and my avg. in kaplan is 58-68% per 50 questions. So, basically I want to know if world is more similar to the step than kaplan. The only problem I have is that I think some of the world pharm questions are pretty difficult. I'm taking the nbme 2 tomorrow and I'll see how that goes.
