I understand why 2nd week dec test takers didn't get it today, BUT why didn't first week dec test takers haven't received their score reports.

care to give any theories for the delays?

For group therapy and support.
Sorry I know this is not a joke matter , but maybe just maybe they were not in the mood of working in December and just leave it all there till they came back from the vacation and that is 3 week of January.

i finally have the answer after googling it and the reason is good enough for me. in fact, ill take a break from the computer for a week. the explanation makes sense after all.

someone explained the following:

THE REASON FOR DELAY IS CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS AND BOTH FALLS IN THE DIFFERENT WEEKS. THE SCORES ARE MAILED 3RD WEDNESDAY AFTER YOUR EXAM DATE. SO, IF YOU WROTE YOUR EXAM IN THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER, YOU SUPPOSE TO GET YOUR SCORE ON DECEMBER 26TH and the following Wednesday is today (Jan 2nd). BUDDY, THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THAT'S THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS and New Years.
ALL YOU PEOPLE NEED TO CALM DOWN AND USE COMMON SENSE. ACCORDING TO USMLE, PEOPLE WHO WROTE THEIR EXAMS DURING THE FIRST AND SECOND WEEK OF DECEMBER WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, WHICH IN JANUARY 9TH, 2008.
YOU CAN CALL THE USMLE NUMBER BUT YOU WILL GET THE SAME EXPLANATION. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND ALL WHO ARE WAITING FOR THEIR RESULTS.
