I did not do NBME, I did a lot of other questions. As I said before, my questions were similar to the ones that you get on the CD which are not like the ones on NBME. And also a lot of phrasing in the exam sometimes could be a surprise, e.g. Saturable enzime - this is not something that you read in books and this is just an example. I think it is important to know a lot of things but not very deeply, let's say you don't have to get to the "alveola" it's plenty if you know up to the "primary bronchus" - sorry, the easiest analogy I could find.
