I have been tutoring for step1, 2 and step2 CS for over four years. I charge $40/session for Step1 & step2 CK and $500 for the CS course of 3 days . The length of step 1 & 2 prep depends on how strong your basics are. I teach 2-3 times/week so that u get time to learn n brush up your weak points. CS is a 3 day course. I cover cases from FA. In my opinion there is a strategy involved in passing the CS exam. These include introduction, counselling and gathering infomation from the patient.
