Orientation/Registration

Hey Guys

i was jus wondering if anyone had any further information about orientation and registration. In the welcome packet, it just stated that the orientation/registration days are May 7-9?

But do we have to be there every day or is it only a few students, alphabetically for each day? Also does anyone know timings of the days?

thanks guys and lookin forward to seeing/meeting you guys soon

I may be male but I don't think that I qualify as "one of the guys" you were asking, but maybe you'll let me answer the question anyway. The official orientation schedule will be given to you when you arrive on St. Kitts.

While there is a social get-together on the evening of May 8th, you should be on campus for orientation May 9th at 8:00AM. Orientation continues on the morning of May 10th. All students are involved in all parts of orientation.

There is a catamaran ride in the afternoon of Saturday, May 10 and classes start at 8:00 AM on May 12th.

As I mentioned, you will receive more detailed schedules when you arrive on island. It is very important that you let the Housing Department know when your flight arrives so that they can arrange transportation for you from the airport to your apartment. It is at this time that you will receive the campus Welcome Package that will have that schedule. (This is a different packet than the one you receive from New York prior to your arrival.)
