Quote:
Atlas of Clinical Gross Anatomy - Kenneth Moses, Pedro Nava, John Banks, and Darrell Petersen Gross Anatomy Dissector: A Companion for Atlas of Clinical Anatomy - Richard S. Snell Basic Histology: Text & Atlas (Basic Histology) - Luiz Carlos Junqueira and Jose Carneiro Human Embryology & Developmental Biology - Bruce M. Carlson Textbook of Biochemistry With Clinical Correlations - Thomas M. Devlin As for the Gray's Anatomy/Case-directed anatomy package, the author is Richard Drake. This is a direct quote from Amazon: Case-Directed Anatomy Online is a complete, web-based self-study course in Gross Anatomy and Embryology that can be used on its own or in conjunction with its parent textbook: Gray's Anatomy for Students. It combines interactive content and assessment into one resource that can be used in the classroom, at home, or anywhere you can access the Internet. The structure of Case-Directed Anatomy Online parallels the organization of Gray's Anatomy for Students, with regionally oriented "chapters" divided into 52 short modules on individual topics. Each module begins with a clinical case and questions to guide your study. Brief text in outline format is linked to a high-quality art program illustrating the relevant anatomical structures. Interactive exercises and self-assessment quizzes periodically test your understanding of the material. Videos demonstrate actual prosections performed on fresh cadavers. |

i am looking at joining in september, would it be beneficial to buy books over the summer and browse through them to be better prepared? Or maybe I should ask this questions once classes start in May.

I had emailed the lady on the form, but she hasnt gotten back to e yet. The only thing she confirmed was Constanzo for Physiology. I just hope i have enough time to get everything in order. and with respects to your question, iuapremed, I think you should wait till we start classes and we can tell you what you will need indefinitely! |
