here is the response:

Once FAIMER receives confirmation from the government of St. Kitts-Nevis that instruction has begun at the school, FAIMER will process the outstanding request for an IMED listing.
I have just received an email conformatoin so the IMED listing will be processed as soon as possible.

go to "search IMED" on the IMED webste and enter caribbean for the region and st kitts for the country and there it is!
