You're correct. He is the Founder's son. He became involved in Ross University when he was a teenager and continued to be involved in the running of the school up to the time of the sale. In the early days, he would visit the campuses with his father. Not only would he attend the business meetings but he always made sure that he talked to students and found out what they needed to make their lives in school and in Dominica more comfortable. To say that he was student friendly was a bit of an understatement! As time went on, he developed a love for technology. Due to his imput, the University upgraded the Medical School to the point where it had one of the most innovative Gross Anatomy labs in the western hemisphere. Classrooms all had what was then state of the art technology. He has maintained his interest in technology but the technology has improved and he knows much more about it now. He has equipped the UMHS campus with the finest computer system, educational technology and simulation laboratory that you will find just about anywhere.

With our Founder, President and Provost/Dean, we think that we have a superior administrative team to lead a successful medical school.
