As part of the steps taken to enhance the medical education offered by the medical school our Provost has conducted a review of the basic sciences curriculum. New classes have been added to transform the education offered at the medical school.

If someone wants to explain why the new Provost's curriculum is a big deal, feel free. All it looks like to me is someone copying and pasting the Basic Science curriculum and expecting applause.

With this review the University of Health Sciences Antigua is taking the necesarry steps to transform the curriculum based on the requirements set by the LCME http://www.lcme.org/functions2011may.pdf

We are in the constant search to improve our academic offering.

With our new Provost that comes from the San Juan Bautista Medical School (LCME Accredited), UHSA has gained a great professional that was the accreditation team leader at SJBSM.
