You can tell the real women from the cross dressers. The real women get a little chunky.

It is a dead give away in my age range.

What US cell phones work in Guadalajara and it does not cost a fortune ?

Is it better to have vonage (have), WorldVoice or similar system and a Mexican pay as you go cell phone ?

Does anyone have a mexican land line ?

Communication costs can really add up just like in the US.

If you did not bring all you medications into mexico or need a refill from back home, how can you get them into mexico ?

Does the american consulate help with this at all ?

If you want to bring them, do so on your person. Never send them. That said, WHY bring meds into Mexico? Even if you have insurance, they are cheap here, and available. Unless you are taking perscription amphetamines or opiates, you would have to be brain dead to not buy your meds here in Mexico.
