May I ask what school officials you spoke to? If it was San Antonio, then I don't know if they know all the stuff that occurs at ICB - there seems to be a real disconnect there. If that's true though, that nothing has changed with the grading system, then, why does it appear that instructors at HAL are telling students that it has?

Good question!!! Can you tell me if the professors are telling the students if the changes would apply to the International program? if yes, when it will take place? I ask because at HAL the same departments run the International and the Latino programs. I will post as soon as I find out the answer to your question. Please let me know if you can find any new information. All my information comes from San Antonio and as you probably know I can't disclose personal information at this site because it is against valuemd tos.

I cant believe this! a disconnect between San Antonio and ICB-HAL? you mean even between them communication is lacking? I though it was only with the 1000 current students whose life is being gambled by a code of silence and ineptitude.

My apologies...I wasn't asking for names of officials, but rather if you spoke to SA or ICB/CU. I guess I should have been clearer. Hopefully the folks that posted the original information (or rumor?) will read your post and clear it up - perhaps they can send you the information regarding the instructors who were telling their classes this, etc. I was not personally told this information - I read it in this thread. I did ask someone in 6th semester to verify this, but he is in Guardias and not currently at HAL. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone else in upper semesters...

There seems to bee some basis for rumors here, espeically because they are our most accurate, and often only source of information here. Thus, I still think there may be something behind this one. However, no one (a few students) with whom I talked today at HAL knew anything about it.
