Yes!!! I contacted San Antonio with the same question and they said yes. Have you submitted your application?

There should be plenty of seats available

there will always be seats because they would split the class to two sections if they can not fit every one into one classroom,

true, but this was a long time ago. It will be interesting to see the july class and how big it is

i just talked to them today and they said the seats are still open...now i need to rush and get the things in...i hope i can be with you guys in a month and a half!

I know plenty of people who applied a week before the start of the semester and still got in. you got 1 and half months, that is more than enough. remember to keep your receipts, because every one will ask for them when you arrived to the uag. this is indeed a third world country, things that we grew up with in the states (heater, ac, running water, interconnected computers, fattening foods, taco salads, heart attack burgers, fountain drinks, free refills, corn syrupted sodas, signal lights, polite drivers, in and out,) are consider to be luxury items in heres

however the thing I must love about gdl is copyright laws are not reinforced strictly. pirates are publically displayed in front windows, stores make a ton of student money from making copies of books (papelaria baby), softwares can be cheaply purchased in san juan del dios or one taxista told me that san juan del taiwan because that place is full of chinese made goods.
