Hello;

1)I'm going to GDL in June to see the campus. I'm thinking about staying in Hotel Nuevo Real Guadalajara but I can't find any review that help. I need an advise from any1 that have the expirience of staing in thin hotel. Any other hotels recomendetions will be helpfull.

2)Also I need to know any good cellphone company with cheap international calls.

3)My wife and I will start med school in August. We will be looking an apartment near the campus and probably buying a car. If any1 is leaving an apartment or selling a car (without any tickets plx ) e-mail me at munra78@yahoo.com.

The hotel is a good one for the money. Many students have stayed there, and liked it.

Telcel and Moviestar both have a plan where you can call the USA for about $1usd for a 20-minute block. This also means that 1 minute to anyone here will also cost $1. It is best to get two phones; get one for here local, and one to dedicate to calling the USA. (cell phones are cheap).

There any many apartments available. You can look when you are here.

Also Quinta magna is a good choice for a hotel near the area!!

They are a couple of old hotels next to the malibu hotel but they are old and are acheap. About 30 bucks a night!!!! They are safe they are on Ave. Vallarta and only a walk away from Gran Plaza. some have their own balcony too. It could be a decente place to stay in if you are staying for more than two weeks at a hotel!
