Wow you better go investigate for yourself. Never heard that before. D.r school will advertise anything just to get foreingners but if unphu had a english program it would be most likely taught by unibes professors, which most don't know english. Nevertheless if you like unphu is a tough school just like intec and puccm and wasd. Their students know their medicine. but learn spanish so you can enjoy the knowledge those professors have.

That english program at UNPHU must be brand new. I wonder if there any students from the english program here that can share a little more information on it. They should really think of establishing a useful website if they want foreign students because as of right now their website is practically useless.

uce2go: what makes you think UNPHU english program professors are UNIBE professors?

Everyone knows you were not a student at uce or if you were it was years ago. Things have change. Maybe you live in santo domingo and work for uce!

Dominican Med Schools

When choosing a foreign med school either in the Dominican Republic or else where, please choose one that is recognized by California! Some states are now adopting the California list for acceptance into their residency programs; for example, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Indiana, Texas, and ofcourse California. You might say who cares there are many other states to choose from. Yes, that is true but the times they are a changing! Note: UCE is recognized by California and every other state in the US. UNIBE is not recognized by California!

UCE2GO, you have a big chip on your shoulder, I have read many of your postings and you have venom in your words. According to you, you have graduated from UCE, great move on and enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Good luck to all of you future doctors out there!
