your question is fine! but all you do is ask them.
Now f you take one look at the state of affairs around you cant you see
at all that entering into a serious insured and safe business transaction involving loans for a car to drive in the streets of SPM etc is absurd? absolutely absurd. This is not the USA!
the suggestion is first see if you really need one.
a motor scooter is cheaper and i had one 4 years and sold it for the same price i paid for it
if you have the need for a car then get one from a student who is leaving.
thats the best way to go.

everything else you keep your money in your pockets

If you have a car over there, I suggest you bring it... it's way cheaper.... or if you want no hassle, then buy one from a graduating student... solo no cojas NADA fiao....
