Don't waste your time and money. His accent its uhm ,you just won't understand a word he is saying, and you will learn nothing.

hello! i appreciate your advice but my request is because i already seen a dozen of the tutorial dvd's and they have been very helpfull in many aspects relevant to med basic sciences. regarding the accent all i can say is that it is more understandable than, lets say, a southern(USA) accent, the sketches and illustrations are an ideal complement to clear any concept misinterpretation. i think that in order to be properly prepared for the usmle you can not depend on one perspective only, instead you have to detect and learn what others have succesfully used in order to complete the formal training for the exam[(BRS, FIRST AID, GOLJAN, KAPLAN,etc.)*that is if you have enough time to squeeze them in yor c. cortex* ]. at this level we are not in the position to be cheap and save some money because at the moment of truth, during the test, knowing more and better is priceless.
