Hi!!! UNIBE and People:
I would like to know about the admission process, ADMISSION TEST ![]() ![]() and all that information, I am thinking to take spanish program (ya k se español y soy dominicano!) and other people say, Its best.Please Give us all the necessary information about admission ¨SEPT 2008¨. ...if u r Dominican ....why choose Unibe which is not accepted in the major resideny states like NY,CA,Texas etc...choose UCE or INTEC or PUCMM or UNPU or UASD.....because its excepted in all the 50 states...UNIBE is a good school but so are the others.....Unibe is a deal if u wanna study in English...para Espanol, the choices are below..good luck

NYS Medicine Requirements
These are the license requirements. At least 25 colleagues of mine are either finished, in the process, or starting in july 2008 residency in NY these range from Surgery, IM, Peds, etc. From the NY State Education Dept.,

Folks, there is a tendency to confuse what NY approval means. It basically means that one can do rotations in NY hospitals, and does not have to fill out one extra form when it comes to licensing (see approved schools in coolaid's link above). If you go to school w/o NY approval you cannot do more than 12 weeks of rotations in NYS hospitals. You could still do residency and get permanent license in NY, provided all of your other reqs are in order. Gee, my guess is PDs will be salivating to get you on board if you have good stats and speak Spanish, esp in NY.
