With the money MD makes here in the US, you might be tempted to invest in the rabbit hole.
Interesting real state is supposedly doing good in SPM.
Many of the renting houses are from 300 + and in other places 250+.
Many "Dominican-Yorks" are investing their money in that.
Also I heard they open in SPM a mall call Jumbo, that is suppose to be good. I personally have not been back to SPM to even see this Jumbo mall thing. But they are building around or near that mall apartment complex.

The trick is to find someone honest and no corrupt to run the real state, wile you are in the US. In this is the hardest part.

I will conclude by saying that I personally will not invest in SPM right out of the bat, I would be investing here in the good old US and other things, before I invest in SPM.

So the dream of those big checks and able to help more is what keep me going. Now let me go back to my books and learn about oncology surgery.

PS:

In case you guys did not knew, lets say Family Medicine one of the primary care specialties. Did you know that CLEAN what you take to your house in the US as a Family practitioner is at least 3,500 dollars every 2 weeks.
