UTESA Universidad Tecnologico de Santiago
I went to UTESA back in the early 80s ,graduated in June 1985 and started residency in July. I had passed the ECFMG exam the year before. Most of my friends also obtained residencies although some were made to jump through some hoops before getting there license. Some states requires one year of residency other wanted a completed residency before they'd issue a medical license . A few said no but would reciprocate a license from another state. I'm not really current on what's going on now , you'd have to contacts the individual state medical board to find what they want.
