So how to get a shack in SD?

Say if I and my friend want to party for a month in Santa Domingo, how can I rent a 2 bedroom apartment , without paying tourist prices?Whom should I talk to to?Any leads amigos?

And you shouldn't- this site has 2 physicians constantly contributing valuable information regarding foreign med schools: Dr.Holbrook and yourself- both of which have become the target of a troll whose social skills are limited to " pass the spliff "...obviously someone crying out for help.
