Hello daoferrall and good luck on your admissions status at UNIBE. I am also accepted there and I am also going for the september semester 2006. The funny thing about it I didn't even have to go through an interview process or anything like that. I just sended my official transcripts and other forms and was accepted. I also visited the school about 3 weeks ago and found that the school is wonderful and meets my expectations of it. I spoke to Elizabeth Farrell and she said she would help me get and apart-hotel nearby the campus and I find her very helpful during this time consuming process. Can't wait for your reply and hopefully we will excel there during our 4 year approximate stay at DR.

Question about acceptance
Did u guys get accepted to the MD program or the Pre med? I believe that for the MD u need to have a bachelors. If u guys were accepted to MD, did u guys have the bachelors completed?
I would really appreciate if u guys would share with info with us. Mixmasta. |

Actually I do have a degree in psychology and I was orginally offered a pre-med position this past January because I was short of 3 credits in biology only having nine . So I am finishing microbiology which will allow me to start the medical school level this september 2006. Good Luck to all you ladies and gentlemen who aspire to become a medical doctors despite the challenges before and that await you throughout your future careers no matter where you go to school !

check this website out for an excellent perspective(i think) on unibe:
www.angelfire.com/cantina/unibe be prepared to do a lot of individualized study... don't depend on the teachers, learn above and beyond what they teach. there's also a great post about unibe which i think gives the +'s and -'s about the school...http://www.valuemd.com/main-foreign-...mg-issues.html good luck everyone ![]() |
