    1) Without an EU diploma it is becoming almost impossible to get postgraduate training in the UK.
    2) Without an EU passport it is becoming almost impossible to get postgraduate training in England and Scotland and Wales, although it may be possible in Ireland (but they still prefer the EU diploma).
    3) Of course they don't grant a Russian degree, that would be ridiculous. Or did you mean something else entirely?
    4) You would need to pass the PLAB examination, and there may be other requirements as well. Check with the GMC and NHS on that, and double check everything you read in a forum such as this one. The GMC is the only source that matters, since they will make the determinations on your eligibility. You would also be required to complete the FY (Foundation Year) training.
    5) Postgraduate training is paid a salary in the UK (not a lot, but it is paid). However, you have to get a position first, and coming from Russia that is a bit of a long shot based on what I am reading...

Click the link. You can't become a specialist without becoming licensed (officially registered with the GMC). It's the same in the US... you can't specialize without a training license.

Better yet, if you aren't going to do your own research, don't bother. The fact is, unless you are an EU citizen or you are earning an EU diploma, it's almost not even worth trying. People have done it, yeah, but it's not like plastic surgery is some easy specialization to get in the first place.
