As Chemist-11 said you are very very unlikely to succeed in transfering to any of those countries (even starting ab initio in those places is competitive and med. schools the world over are chary of transfers - unless they're a third tier Carib. school desperate for the business
).
Assuming that you want an English language course (which rules out Switzerland and Belgium) you might just have a chance with Poland. Unlike the other European schools with special English courses they have some 4-year MDs., rather than 6-year. I would start your search there; although even with Poland I wouldn't hold out too much hope.
As an afterthought - Ireland recently introduced a few 4-year courses for which foreigners are eligible and the Irish have a traditionally taken quite a few Nth. Americans. Again though, I think the chances are slim. Irish courses are also quite expensive.
