SHARE A LARGE, NEW 4 BEDROOM HOUSE

4th year student looking to share a fully furnished house.

You get : 1 Bedroom with full size bed/matress, full closet, small night stands, 1 study room with desk and chair, your own full bathroom w/ shower

The House: Safe, secure gated community with 24 hour security guard. 5 minutes from HAL, 15-20 minutes from ICB, 10 minutes from CU. The house is 1 year old. Cleaning lady comes 5 days a week (cooks, cleans, does laudry, irons, . . . etc.

Share a living room and dining room. Fridge, microwave, essentials to cook, washer and dryer all in house.

Textbooks and notes needed are available. Lots of resources in the House.

USMLE Prep material, over 10,000 practice questions, much, much more.

Utilities (gas, water, electricity) are split. Usually pretty cheap.

3000 pesos per month for rent (about 300USD)

250 pesos per week for the cleaning lady (25USD)
