I am starting August 2005 and am currently visiting Guadalajara for a few days. I just put in a deposit for a really nice place to live. It is upscale and a few blocks from ICB. My rent will be $850 a month and since the house has three rooms, I am willing to split this cost with one person that would be interested in renting with me. You would have your own room and the rest of the upstairs area. However, I can only allow one person since I plan to turn the 3rd room into a study room and the landlord wants a max of two students. The place is more of a duplex style and there is a Kitchen with a nice family room. Also, the place is fully furnished with beds, tables, couches, and some chairs. The electricity is around 20 dollars every 2 months and the gas is 15 dollars monthly. So I would need to split those costs as well with anyone interested. I will only want to rent with someone that is serious about studying and is clean and neat. Please let me know if you are interested.
