The rent is 11500 pesos and includes the water and maintenance, gas is cheap 250 pesos lasts about 3 months, electricity 100 pesos per month, cable and internet is usually 450 pesos per month. So your looking at 650 pesos per month plus rent. of course gas and electricity is different for everyone depending on how much you use. You can pay for the fastest internet and premium cable channels and that will also cost more.
