2 Bedroom/1bath spacious apartment to share in a complex across the street from ICB. The apartment is fully furnished. The room has patio access as well as a ceiling fan. Rent is $4500 pesos however electricity is not covered by the rent. The unit comes with a covered gated parking space. In addition, there is an on-site handyman. The room can be available as early as mid-June. Females ONLY!
