I'm planning to move and is looking for a place
anyone looking for a roommate (female) or recommendations on great places in providencia??

My husband and I are leaving a GREAT apt a four minute walk ICB. 2 bed, 2 bath, pools, great garden. We are selling the washer/dryer unit, fridge, and dining room table, bed and desk too. They fit really well in the apartment. Let me know if you are interested. The house across the street has 2 guards 24/7, so our place is very safe.

how much is the rent?

I'll have to check tomorrow with my husband, but I think in all it is $7400. A great deal for the place. It is bright and spacious, a great layout, 3 balconies, big closets, one of the rooms has the bathroom attached, an outside utility room for the w/d. It is fully furnished, spacious, and there are 2 patios. The apartment is within a 4 story secure building on Palomar (close to juan palomar y arias). In addition there is on-site handyman. Please let me know if you're interested. move-in as early as mid-June.
