Beautiful remodeled 3-bedroom house in beautiful Providencia neighborhood, just 5-10 minutes from ICB (walking) and 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shops, Starbucks, etc.

I am moving from Guadalajara June of 2011 and everything must go! I have a complete house setup; two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1 car garage with these furnishings:

• Full living room set: 1 couch, 1 love seat, 1 chair, rustic entertainment center w/ 27" Samsung TV, Pioneer DVD player, lamp, ceiling fan, **Persian carpet upon request
• Dining room set: 6 place setting table/chairs with buffet, and area carpet
• Kitchen: Full size refrigerator, electric water cooler, toaster, coffee-pot maker, microwave, countertop dishwasher, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, cooking utensils and silverware
• Office: two bookshelves with books included, extra closet for storage, two desks (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 Panasonic cordless telephones, **other electronics (HP-7680 All-in-One printer/fax/copier/scanner, flat screen monitor, variety of PC equipment), available upon request
• Master bedroom: king-sized bed (purchased new from Sears), with matching leather headboard, entertainment center w/ side shelving and two drawers, 19" TV & Magnavox DVD player, 2 bedside tables with lamps, sisal mat around bed
• Extra bedroom: full-size bed, leather chair, bedside table with clock
• Patio area: washer/dryer, medium-sized dog house, BBQ pit, brooms/mops, garden hose, etc.
• Maids quarters: currently used as a storage area
• Other: This house package also includes all linens, towels, rugs, vacuum cleaner, exercise stuff (punching bag, dumbell set, jump-rope, situps mat), cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, non-perishable food in pantry, fans, iron and ironing board, portable plastic drawer sets, 2-blankets, pillows, 3-comforters, several DVD-movies, 2-portable lawn chairs, electrical extension cords, tools, extra light bulbs and a ton of other gadgets... House is wired for cable TV/internet in every room.

This can be an all-inclusive package in which you purchase the contents of everything I mentioned plus rent the house - so all you do is move in, OR you can just purchase all the contents. Please note: I would like to sell all the contents as a package deal.

*The monthly rent is $9000 pesos (~$750 USD); just $375 USD if you get a roommate!!!
